Diwjĭi Sǐkrǐ Birěkhka (/ˈdiwʤi/ /ˈsɪkrɪ/ [elegant] [child (young human being); child (son or daughter of any age)]) is a subtropical Town located in Zavauqüe Parish, Rs-20pvèl District, within the Federation of Alveria.
The name Diwjĭi Sǐkrǐ Birěkhka is derived from the Constructi language, as Diwjĭi Sǐkrǐ Birěkhka was founded by Ku-98v 'D.A.R.Y.L.' Tsîpî, who was culturaly Constructi.
Climate
Diwjĭi Sǐkrǐ Birěkhka has a yearly average temperature of 16°C (60°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 25°C (77°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 8°C (46°F). Overview
Diwjĭi Sǐkrǐ Birěkhka was founded durring the late 15th century in spring of the year 1380, by Ku-98v 'D.A.R.Y.L.' Tsîpî. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Ku-98v 'D.A.R.Y.L.' Tsîpî.
Diwjĭi Sǐkrǐ Birěkhka was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Diwjĭi Sǐkrǐ Birěkhka is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Diwjĭi Sǐkrǐ Birěkhka is buildings are arranged arround a network of narrow cobblestone streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Diwjĭi Sǐkrǐ Birěkhka's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. Unfortuantly, these political statment focused walls are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
A look around Diwjĭi Sǐkrǐ Birěkhka makes you worry someone might stab you in a dark ally for your boots. It’s not filthy, or dark, but the smiles seem strained, the locals seem to glare daggers in eachothers backs a little too much, and everyone is armed at all times. You may want to keep an eye on your valuables, and make sure you don’t wind up in any position of power.

Cultural Notes
Diwjĭi Sǐkrǐ Birěkhka's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by vertical proportions, pointed arches, external buttressing, and asymmetry in the general shape of its buildings. The decorative features of the style were key, consisting of large arched windows, pointed arches, vaulted ceilings, flying buttresses, and sculptures integrated into the structure itself. Occasionally, for very important buildings, an array of sculptures or one colossal sculpture might replace the entirety of the entrance to said building.
Due to the actions of local Kami, spring is short in Diwjĭi Sǐkrǐ Birěkhka.
The Spriggan near Diwjĭi Sǐkrǐ Birěkhka are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.
